Create, manage and execute strategic social marketing plans that meet client’s goals. Define a campaign strategy and deliverables plan that exceeds client expectations. Create, present and gain client approval on insertion orders, campaign strategies and tactics. Oversee and deliver on Account Management business processes. Forecast, generate and maximize revenue opportunities with clients. Monitor, track evaluate and optimize campaign performance to maximize client investment. Scope and develop new business with companies looking to meet their marketing goals using social marketing. Cross-functional campaign development with internal SEO & SEM teams as well as sister media agencies.


B.E / B.Tech


Major account/client management skills and complex paid search/digital/social campaigns; multi-level sales/selling into accounts. • High level of attention to detail and the ability to handle and prioritize multiple accounts • Ability to interact in a professional manner and deal with clients face-to-face • Experience using social biddable platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube) • Experience with analytical tools • Experience with biddable social API’s (SHIFT) • High level of technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint • Technical and analytical mindset
