Leads the internal collaboration that is necessary to develop, implement and manage an inclusive, integrated annual plan that will serve as the roadmap for the annual marketing and communications priorities. Ensures the Right To Play’s brand in Canada effectively integrates domestic and international program objectives, and awareness and fundraising priorities into a singular, comprehensive national brand identity. Leads the collaborative development of an annual communications budget to fulfill fundraising and program objectives in Canada and works with CNO finance to manage communications budgets across projects. Provides advice and council to senior management, executives and all outward-facing teams on messaging and communications best practices to ensure a clear and consistent brand across all external initiatives in Canada. Provides leadership and oversight of all digital properties and strategies to ensure there is integration with program priorities relating to both fundraising and awareness building.
