You will be responsible for the operational structure for marketing that builds off core operational metrics driving the Stubhub business, and supports the planning and execution of activities both locally and in partnership with the broader North American Stubhub marketing teams. You will identify and quantify Canadian-specific marketing opportunities, specific to event landscape, buyers/sellers/partners, and product. Present Canadian-specific marketing opportunities, acting as formal liaison to the global marketing organization for alignment and support to execute in Canada. You will collaborate with business and operational teams at Stubhub, such as: performance marketing, brand, customer research, analytics, loyalty, PR/Comms, etc.


B.E / B.Tech


Experience working on a global or national brands within a marketing organization, with a deep understanding and experience running local, regional, and nation-wide campaigns (within Music and/or Sports industries a plus). Experience with financial forecasting – Excel proficiency is a requirement. Experience in handling / leading within a complex matrixed organization. Proficient communicator with an ability to influence at various levels, including senior leadership at StubHub. Validated ability to work with and influence regional teams and across all levels of the organization as well as external partners and agencies. Validated ability to create a positive working environment that encourages creativity and the championing of new ideas and processes within the StubHub One team.
