Work closely with Operations team to support initiates and aid in solutions to development issues. Supervise and coach fellow Project Engineers along with Mongolian National workforce. Develop and maintain client relationship by ensuring accurate monitoring of project progress advising on status of project. Provide technical support, quality, and environmental control of the works in accordance with the contract specifications and the relevant statutory regulations. Plan and program the works under the Contract to optimize efficiency and productivity and to minimize cost. Identify changes and variations to the works under the Contract and ensure these issues are recorded, tracked, and otherwise managed in accordance with the Contract. Coordinate and direct subcontractors and suppliers as required. Attend and contribute to pre-start meetings, safety huddles, roster change, and shift change meetings when required.


B.E / B.Tech


Demonstrated extensive experience in an underground environment in a similar role. High level of initiative and ability to work well under pressure. Knowledge of safety management and systematic approach. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong customer relations management skills. Must work well in a diverse team environment. Proven ability to provide leadership, performance feedback, project management, and team development.
