Project and Business Unit financial performance analysis . Project financial setup, ongoing support and monthly Project reviews. Management of Project and Business Unit issues and cash flow. Overhead & tender cost budget establishment and control. Implementation & management of finance initiatives. Document and review existing processes, identifying and implementing changes that improve efficiency, eliminate duplication or automate processes.


B.E / B.Tech


Experience as a Finance Manager with a minimum of 3 to 4 years’ experience in engineering, construction (Property Development Experience would be highly regarded). Tertiary qualifications (Bachelor level) e.g. Management/Finance/Commerce/Accounting/Business.CA or CPA qualified. Experience in leading project or specialist function activities. Post graduate qualification in business administration/business management, Commerce or Law advantageous.
