Description

Provide the inspiration and vision to drive a strong engineering function at Brighte, manage and grow the team as well as build a strong high performing engineering culture. Oversee and drive innovation in development tools, coding languages and coding principles. Ability to drive transformation to a full stack engineering function. Work closely with the Delivery and IT Operations leaders on the development and deployment of the Tech strategy, delivery roadmap and technology OKRs. Drive agile work practices across software engineering and oversee the development of new software and web applications.

Ability to confidently build effective partnerships with key senior stakeholders and negotiate and influence to achieve key objectives Knowledgeable of emerging technology trends, and have rich expertise in Software Engineering. Experience with full stack software engineering practices and the ability to transform engineering teams to take advantage of full stack.
